Lieutenant Ollic was charged with misconduct in office for failing to report Officer Stayton’s inappropriate relationship with a student. Despite being aware of the misconduct, she did not take action to stop it. Ollic was terminated from the department, and her case is pending in Berkeley County’s General Sessions Court.
