Officer Steven Mitchell was involved in the 2015 arrest of David Vann. Surveillance footage shows Mitchell and other officers using excessive force during the arrest, including slamming Vann into a metal bench and punching him. Vann was acquitted of all charges, and Mitchell faced no discipline for his actions during the incident.
