Officer Thomas McNulty was involved in a 2014 incident where he allegedly drew a Taser on Warren Wallace, who had a pacemaker, and pushed him against a wall, causing injury. Wallace was convicted of resisting an officer and simple battery. A subsequent lawsuit was dismissed in 2016.
