Officer Thomas Mushinsky was present during the December 2017 booking room incident involving Kentdrick Ratliff. Mushinsky received a 60-day suspension and additional training for his role in the excessive force used against Ratliff. He appealed the suspension, commissioning a private report that deemed the tactics used as ‘excessive and borderline criminal.’
