    In February 2021, Sgt. Travis Mattern resigned following a complaint from a female employee alleging an unwanted advance that made her feel uncomfortable. An internal investigation revealed a pattern of inappropriate behavior toward women, including making disturbing comments and sending sexually explicit texts. Mattern voluntarily relinquished his law enforcement certification during the probe.
