    In July 2012, Corrections Officer Travis Mustone was involved in an incident where he used excessive force against inmate Andrew Nascarella. Mustone grabbed the handcuffed inmate from behind and threw him to the ground, resulting in Nascarella suffering a fractured back, broken nose, and requiring 15 stitches. Despite prior accusations of excessive use-of-force, Mustone faced no discipline for this incident and continued his employment at the jail.
