In 2010, Officer Tseyonka Davidson participated in the arrest of Antonio Scott, during which excessive Taser use was reported. An internal investigation concluded that Davidson violated the department’s Taser Use Policy and Use of Force Policy. Consequently, Davidson was terminated from his position in January 2011.
