    In November 2023, a Little Rock doctor filed a civil rights lawsuit against the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office, alleging rough treatment by a deputy and a firefighter at his parents’ home. The doctor claimed that the deputy used excessive force during the encounter, leading to physical injuries. The lawsuit sought damages for the alleged violation of the doctor’s civil rights.
