    Officer Virgil Cardin received a 16.8-hour suspension in 2016 for driving at excessive speeds, reaching up to 101 mph, in a marked police vehicle during travel to a K9 training event. He also admitted to disabling his in-car camera system to avoid recording, violating department policies on speed limits, conduct unbecoming, and improper conduct.
