    Deputy accused of sexually assaulting a female inmate during transport in July 2023. Fired after an OSBI investigation and subsequently charged with second-degree rape in Chickasaw Nation District Court and aggravated sexual abuse in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma. A civil lawsuit filed in May 2024 includes allegations against Hunter, citing a pattern of sexual misconduct within the sheriff’s office.
