Frank Fabiani – Rockford Police Department

On May 14, 2022, Officer Frank Fabiani assisted in the arrest of Alize Jones. After Jones was handcuffed, Fabiani allegedly slammed Jones’ head into a glass window, causing injuries. In January 2023, Fabiani was charged with two counts of battery. He was placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of the case.
