Frank Sloup – Pinal County Sheriff’s Office

Deputy Frank Sloup has a history of disciplinary issues, including resignations from Scottsdale Police Department and Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office under circumstances that led to attempts to revoke his AZPOST certification (Case #02/54 and Case #17-148) and placement on the Brady List (Brady Offense No. 1632168525 – 1704088618). Allegations include altering official documents and lack of truthfulness. Despite this history, Pinal County Sheriff’s Office hired him, where he faced multiple civil lawsuits alleging excessive use of force and unlawful detention, such as Emerson v.
