Gena Lynn Founds – Tolleson Police Department

In 2015, Officer Gena Lynn Founds of the Tolleson Police Department was decertified for submitting fraudulent timesheets and falsifying department documents. She was paid for 27 shifts that she did not work. The Arizona Peace Officer Standards and Training Board revoked her certification on January 20, 2016.
