George ‘JR’ Gregory – Nez Perce County Sheriff’s Office

In November 2022, Deputy Gregory arrested a man during a domestic violence call, leading to allegations of false information in his report and misrepresentation of the incident. The charges against the arrested individual were dismissed, and Gregory was placed on administrative leave on November 30, 2022. He was terminated on January 12, 2023. Gregory filed a lawsuit in July 2023, claiming unlawful termination and retaliation for reporting inappropriate behavior within the sheriff’s office. The lawsuit seeks over $900,000 in damages. • View the Blog: Read about documented police interactions
  • Share Your Experience: Submit your own police interaction story
  • Browse the Forums: Check if your local law enforcement has been documented

Important Community Guidelines

It is strictly against our rules to:

  • Make threats of any kind
  • Share private information such as personal emails, home addresses, or phone numbers

Violation of these rules will result in immediate content removal and possible account suspension.

Why This Matters

By organizing this data, we can potentially demonstrate when officers were previously aware of laws they later claim ignorance of, challenging qualified immunity defenses and promoting accountability.
