Jeffrey Tallion – Honolulu Police Department

In September 2020, Sergeant Tallion was the senior officer on scene during an alleged assault by Officer Sylvester over a mask mandate confrontation outside a 7-Eleven in Wahiawa. A lawsuit filed against the city names Tallion, alleging negligence in supervising the incident. Tallion retired in 2024.
