In 2014, Officer Jeremy Christensen was terminated from the Warner Robins Police Department for allegedly falsifying work time records. Christensen contended that his dismissal was due to his disability, as he had been transferred out of the patrol division in 2013 due to occasional seizures. He filed a lawsuit seeking over $75,000 in damages, claiming wrongful termination under the Americans with Disabilities Act. The city maintained that his firing was unrelated to health issues.
