Jeremy Mahan – Muhlenberg County Sheriff’s Office

On January 22, 2022, off-duty Deputy Jeremy Mahan was involved in an assault leading to charges of first-degree strangulation, third-degree terroristic threatening, and second-degree wanton endangerment. The Kentucky State Police investigated the incident, and Mahan was subsequently charged. The Muhlenberg County Sheriff’s Office placed him on administrative suspension pending the investigation.
