John Miller – East Haven Police Department

On January 3, 2010, Sergeant John Miller used unreasonable force by striking a handcuffed individual during an arrest. He pleaded guilty to violating the individual’s civil rights and was sentenced to four months in federal prison on February 12, 2014.
