Julian Alcala – Florissant Police Department

Between February and May 2024, Officer Alcala conducted traffic stops during which he allegedly confiscated women’s phones under the pretense of verifying insurance or registration. He is accused of searching these phones for nude photos and using his own device to capture them. Alcala resigned in June 2024 amid an FBI investigation and faces federal charges for rights violations and evidence tampering.
