Justin Gable – Childersburg Police Department

On May 22, 2022, Officer Justin Gable arrived on the scene where Pastor Michael Jennings was watering his neighbor’s flowers. Despite Jennings’ explanations, Gable assisted in detaining and arresting him for obstruction of government operations. The charges were subsequently dropped, and Jennings filed a federal lawsuit alleging violations of his constitutional rights, including unlawful arrest and emotional distress.
