Juwan Brown – Detroit Police Department

Former Officer Juwan Brown was involved in a 2023 incident where he punched 70-year-old Daryl Vance outside a Detroit bowling alley. Vance fell, hit his head, and died three weeks later. Brown was charged with manslaughter, but the charges were dismissed due to insufficient evidence. He was subsequently fired from the department.
