Kenneth Nolen – Chambers County Sheriff’s Office

In February 2018, correctional officer Kenneth Nolen faced allegations of sexual misconduct with female inmates at the Chambers County Detention Facility. Nolen had previously served as an officer in 2016, left the department, and returned for four months before the 2016 incident was reported. He was indicted by a grand jury, terminated from his position, and arrested on felony charges of custodial sexual misconduct. Nolen was released on bond pending further legal proceedings.

Important Community Guidelines

It is strictly against our rules to:

  • Make threats of any kind
  • Share private information such as personal emails, home addresses, or phone numbers

Why This Matters

By organizing this data, we can potentially demonstrate when officers were previously aware of laws they later claim ignorance of, challenging qualified immunity defenses and promoting accountability.
