Kevin B. Wilson – Virginia Beach Sheriff’s Office

In June 2024, Deputy Kevin B. Wilson, along with two other deputies, restrained inmate Rolin Hill, causing Hill’s death from asphyxia due to neck and torso compression. Wilson was charged with second-degree murder in January 2025 and was dismissed from the Sheriff’s Office.
