Lowell Adam Hadder – Walker County Sheriff’s Office

Deputy Lowell Adam Hadder has been sued multiple times for civil rights violations. In one notable incident in October 2011, Hadder assaulted Kathy Sanford, a disabled woman, for taking photographs at a high school football game. Hadder forcibly removed Sanford from the stands, threw her to the ground, and handcuffed her, resulting in a lawsuit against him and the Walker County Sheriff’s Office.
