Marc Sim – New Jersey Department of Corrections

In November 2022, Associate Administrator Marc Sim allegedly denied an inmate a visual medical device in retaliation for the inmate’s complaints about threats and harassment. Sim reportedly made racially charged remarks and sent staff to threaten the inmate.
