Mark Rogers – Fort Wayne Police Department

In 2009, Officer Mark Rogers arrested Babi Beyer for public intoxication. While in custody, Rogers took Beyer to a secluded area and raped her. He was later convicted of rape, sexual misconduct, and official misconduct. Beyer filed a lawsuit against the City of Fort Wayne, which was allowed to proceed after an appellate court ruling.
