Marlos Walker – Ozark Police Department

In July 2021, Chief Marlos Walker was terminated by the Ozark City Council following allegations of inappropriate and unprofessional behavior. Specific details of the misconduct were not publicly disclosed. In August 2021, the council reinstated him and placed him on administrative leave with pay, pending a hearing scheduled for September 9, 2021. On September 15, 2021, Walker tendered his resignation, which was accepted by the council. The terms of the separation agreement remain confidential.
