Marshall Goff – Clarksburg Police Department

In April 2013, Chief Marshall Goff resigned to avoid federal prosecution for civil rights violations and making false statements to federal agents. The charges stemmed from his handling of a domestic battery case involving a city councilman. As part of the agreement, Goff is barred from future employment as a police officer.
