Specifically, he falsely denied making certain comments to Chief Ferguson and was dishonest about disclosing information to Deputy Chief Brandolini regarding a federal narcotics wiretap. As a result, he was suspended for five days without pay for violations of the department’s truthfulness and conduct unbecoming a police officer policies.
