Officer Michael Bosley was implicated in a November 2013 civil rights lawsuit alongside Officer Jay Hart. The suit alleged that Bosley assisted Hart during the excessive force incident involving John Sadler, who was arrested for DUI in August 2013. Bosley was accused of failing to intervene while Hart allegedly choked and punched Sadler during booking.
