Michael C. Kidd – Hampton Sheriff’s Office

Deputy Michael C. Kidd participated in the restraint of inmate Rolin Hill in June 2024, resulting in Hill’s death by asphyxia. Kidd was subsequently charged with second-degree murder in January 2025 and was dismissed from the Sheriff’s Office after an independent investigation.
