Investigator Michael J. Hart arrested a female inmate for filing a false police report after she reported being raped by a male inmate placed in her cell while she was on suicide watch in December 2020. The charges against the female inmate were dismissed after video evidence confirmed the assault. Hart remains employed with the department.
