In the fall of 2024, Officer Michael MacNeilly was charged with multiple counts of domestic violence. He turned himself in to State Police and was placed on administrative assignment, with his department-issued firearm confiscated. Following his arrest, MacNeilly was expected to be placed on paid administrative leave.
