Michael Svoboda – Lake Oswego Police Department

In April 2024, former Officer Michael Svoboda pleaded guilty to second-degree official misconduct for engaging in a sexual act while on duty on April 15, 2019. He was sentenced to 12 months of bench probation, 40 hours of community service, and had his police certification revoked. Svoboda resigned from the department prior to the conclusion of the investigation.
