Nathaniel T. Miller – Surprise Police Department

In 2019, Officer Miller conspired with fellow officer Courtney L. Hicks to conceal their extramarital relationship. Initially denying the affair during internal investigations, both later admitted to the relationship, with Miller confessing to engaging in sexual conduct while on duty. Miller resigned in May 2020. The Arizona Peace Officer Training and Standards Board initiated proceedings against his certification in January 2021.
