Nicholas Hackley – Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office

Officer Nicholas Hackley was involved in the public strip search of Ronnie Reed in September 2022. Hackley and Officer Joel Belgard removed Reed’s clothing in view of bystanders, violating department policy and state law. Despite not finding any contraband, Reed was arrested.
