Former Officer Aaron Sam Foster was charged in December 2018 with forcible sexual abuse, voyeurism, and theft. A woman with a protective order against him reported that she awoke to find Foster groping and kissing her. She also discovered that he had taken naked photos of her while she was sleeping and had stolen her underwear. Foster admitted to taking the photos and recording her through the blinds from outside her home. He served as a Spanish Fork police officer from 2007 to 2010.
