Officer Abigail Frazier – Darien Police Department

In October 2023, Officer Frazier, along with Officer Kristen Hunt, arrested a resident for driving under the influence without sufficient evidence. The charges were dismissed in January 2024 after prosecutors found the accusations to be false and misleading. The resident filed a lawsuit against both officers in September 2024, alleging false arrest and malicious prosecution.
