Corrections Officer Alfonso Trujillo was investigated for improper fraternization with a female inmate. While a sexual relationship was not confirmed, an emotionally intimate relationship was uncovered. A letter found in the inmate’s cell detailed the intimacy sought between Trujillo and the inmate. As a result of the investigation, Trujillo was terminated from his position.
