In 2023, Officer Lore was suspended for 150 days after engaging in a physical altercation with Sgt. Antonio Lucia while on duty. The incident began as a verbal dispute and escalated into a fistfight, during which Lore struck Lucia three times. Lore was charged with Simple Assault and pleaded guilty.
