Officer David Arndt – Newark Division of Police

Officer Arndt served as a Police Training Officer (PTO) for Officer McGuire during her Phase A and Phase C training in 2016. McGuire alleged that Arndt, along with other officers, made inappropriate comments about her, including suggesting she would be better off being a stripper. These allegations were part of McGuire’s lawsuit against the City of Newark, claiming discrimination and harassment during her training period.
