Officer Hordijenko – Bensalem Township Police Department

On March 24, 2020, Officer Hordijenko was involved in an incident where a motorist, Keith A. Cohen, alleged that Hordijenko and other officers used excessive force after Cohen requested to use his own towing service. Cohen claims he was forcibly removed from his car, thrown to the ground, arrested, and faced multiple criminal charges as retaliation. A lawsuit was filed against Officer Hordijenko and others on February 8, 2024, and removed to federal court on March 4, 2024.
