In July 2019, Officer Humberto Montalban was charged with domestic cyberstalking and cyberharassment. He allegedly sent his ex-girlfriend a series of threatening text messages, including threats to share explicit videos or images to ruin her professional reputation. Montalban was suspended with pay following the charges.
