Officer Jeffrey Durbin – Gresham Police Department

On June 15, 2017, Officer Durbin mistakenly detained and handcuffed Aimee Knight, misidentifying her as a suspect. Knight filed a lawsuit alleging false arrest, assault, and battery. In July 2019, the court granted partial summary judgment, allowing some claims to proceed.
