Officer Landis – Lafayette Police Department

In July 2021, Officer Landis was disciplined for reckless driving. He was responding to a call marked as non-emergency but drove at 62 mph in a 25 mph zone without activating lights or sirens, forcing another driver to take evasive action. Landis was suspended for 21 days without pay for this incident.
