Officer Marschall – Bloomfield Police Department

In September 2020, Officer Marschall arrested Orane M. Cornish Jr. for threatening and disorderly conduct. Cornish alleged the arrest lacked probable cause and was based on false statements. He filed a lawsuit against Marschall and the Town of Bloomfield, claiming false arrest and malicious prosecution.
