Officer Nick Durr – Anderson Police Department

In the same November 2018 incident involving Mark Colyer, Officer Durr was alleged to have kicked Colyer in the face after he had surrendered and was being bitten by a K9. The court denied summary judgment for Durr in March 2023, allowing the excessive force claim to proceed to trial.
