Officer Nolan – Miles College Police Department

In September 2016, Officer Nolan arrested student Donatello Walker for public intoxication. Walker alleged excessive force during the arrest, claiming he was ‘slammed’ to the ground. However, video evidence contradicted Walker’s account, and the court granted summary judgment in favor of Nolan, dismissing the claims.
