Officer Pieroni – Southfield Police Department

On December 2, 2017, Officer Pieroni was involved in responding to a domestic complaint at Mr. Sharpe’s residence. Officer Pieroni, along with other officers, entered the home without permission and allegedly used excessive force during the arrest, including slamming Mr. Sharpe to the ground and pressing his face against the wall, resulting in pain and injury. Mr. Sharpe filed a lawsuit alleging excessive force and unlawful entry.
