Officer Sexton – Aberdeen Police Department

In June 2020, Officer Sexton, along with other officers, approached a resident regarding service of process and allegedly violated the resident’s Fourth Amendment rights by peering over his backyard fence and demanding he meet them in the front yard. The resident filed a lawsuit claiming constitutional violations, including unlawful search and seizure.
